How Axcient x360 works
Edge IT uses Axcient x360, a backup and recovery platform, to protect your business data. Backups run automatically in the background, so your team does not have to remember to do them.
If a file is deleted, a computer fails, or something goes wrong, we restore your data from a saved backup copy. Within x360, we use two products: x360Cloud for your cloud accounts and x360Recover for your servers and computers.

Backup for your cloud email and files
- Protects the data you keep in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, such as email, files, calendars, and contacts.
- Keeps a separate backup copy, so a deleted or overwritten item can be found and restored.
- Helps when someone deletes the wrong mailbox or folder, or an account is compromised.
x360Recover
Backup for your servers and computers
- Backs up the servers, workstations, and systems your office runs on.
- Stores copies both locally and in the Axcient cloud, so you are not relying on a single location.
- Restores a single file or an entire system, and can bring systems back up in the cloud if your office is unavailable.
