Text messaging program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Edge IT, messages may be stored on servers operated by us and/or our service providers. SMS messages travel through third-party networks (such as your mobile carrier and SMS delivery platforms) that are not under our control.

You may opt in by entering your phone number online, texting a keyword such as START (if offered), completing a paper form that includes your phone number, or signing up in person. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Edge IT. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and consent protections

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide and operate the messaging service.

How we share or disclose information

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals for their marketing purposes.

We may share or disclose Personal Information only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • With your consent
  • To enforce our terms or protect our rights

Our website links to third-party sites, such as our social media pages and payment portal. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review their policies.

Children

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13, and Edge IT does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

If you are at least 13 years old, you should only use our services with a parent or guardian’s permission. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are at least 13 years old and have permission from a parent or guardian.

Third-party communications providers

If we use a third-party communications provider to deliver text messages, you acknowledge that the provider is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, disputes between you and Edge IT related to our services.
